How can I start a website?

- How do I design a website? Is microsoft frontpage good and easy or there%26#039;s something better out there? I am not experienced.





- How do I get a web-site name? Not a name with extension like www.freewebs.com/myname but I want a name like www.myname.com. Will I have to register somewhere or I can get a name for free? What will be the cheapest?





-How do I host my website? Who will host my website? Can it be free? What will be the cheapest?





Apart from these 3 is there anything else I need to do to start a website from scratch?
