I need to make a website but I need it to be cheap. I have a few conditions.





1) It must be under $20





2) It must be yearly, cause some say monthly. I used to think that stuff like %26quot;$5.95 a month%26quot; meant I can send in money each month but it doesn%26#039;t, that%26#039;s just something to lure people.





3) I must be able to own the domain, I recently heard that host own the domains, and I can%26#039;t have such a thing because I may become a business.
