If you mean a REAL website like for instance www.mywebsite.com, then you can create one for the smallest amount of $6.99 a month. If you mean just a website that you could obtain for free such as www.freewebs.com/mywebsite then that is completely 100% free. freewebs.com is a great site that you do not need any knowledge of html. Or if you would rather, you can do everything completely in html.
